Swiss Style Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (1 lb.) cans French-cut green beans
4 eggs
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1/8 tsp. dried tarragon
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 tsp. instant minced onion
Preparation

Drain green beans and arrange half in bottom of a greased 2-quart baking dish. Beat eggs.
Blend in salt, pepper, tarragon and onion. Add cheeses to mixture. Spoon half of mixture over green beans. Add remaining green beans. Spread remaining mixture on top. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned on top.
