Oven Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    1 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
    1 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of ground red pepper
    pinch of white pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart baking dish, stirring well.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until liquid is absorbed.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
