Graham-Streusel Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs (approximately 20 crackers)
3/4 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2/3 c. margarine, melted
1 Duncan Hines yellow or white cake mix
1 c. water
3 eggs
1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine cake mix, water, cooking oil and eggs. Beat on low speed until moistened.
Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour half of the batter into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with half the streusel mixture.
Carefully spread the remaining batter over the streusel; sprinkle with remaining streusel.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool slightly; drizzle with powdered sugar glaze.
Best served warm.
Makes 12 to 16 servings.
