Fish Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon or 2 (7 oz.) cans tuna
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. fine corn flake crumbs
    dill sauce
Preparation
    Drain fish, flakes and combine with other ingredients through salt.
    Shape into 12 balls, using about 3 tablespoons for each. Roll in crumbs.
    Place balls on lightly greased shallow baking pan. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Serve dill sauce over balls.
    Makes 6 servings.
