Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    2 c. hot noodles or rice
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook and stir ground beef and onion in butter until brown.
    Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Then cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
    Stir in soup. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and heat through.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
