Crunchy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. sliced yellow squash
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo, melted
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
    1 (6 oz.) box chicken flavored stuffing mix
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook squash according to package; drain well.
    Saute onions in 1 tablespoon butter or oleo.
    Combine squash, onions, sour cream, soup and water chestnuts.
    Combine stuffing mix and remaining butter; stir well.
    Add 3/4 of stuffing mixture to squash mixture; spoon into lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
