Frank And Kraut Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot dogs, sliced into bite size pieces
    1 lb. shredded kraut
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    6 large carrots, peeled and sliced
    6 large potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 large chopped onion
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large Dutch oven, cook green pepper and onion in oil until tender.
    Add tomatoes, kraut, carrots and potatoes.
    Stir in 1 quart of water.
    Add Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt and black pepper to taste.
    Partially cover and simmer for 30 to 35 minutes, or until vegetables are nearly tender.
    Add hot dogs; cover and cook 10 minutes more.
    Serve with cornbread.
