Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix in order given and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake
    at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 40 minutes.
