Egg And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 (16 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, drained
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine eggs, flour and baking powder, stirring well. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a lightly floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Yields 10 to 12 servings.
