Ham Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 9-inch pie pan
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cooked, diced ham
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Line pie pan with pastry.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 3 minutes.
    Remove from oven and gently prick with a fork.
    Bake 5 minutes longer. Let cool on rack.
    Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk; mix thoroughly.
    Stir in ham and cheese.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
