Layered Cookie Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large box instant pudding (chocolate or vanilla)
1 stick margarine
1 pkg. Oreo type cookies
1 container Cool Whip
1 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix pudding according to package directions.
Crush cookies and set aside.
Melt margarine in large bowl and add sugar.
Mix with cookies.
