Ingredients

1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) pudding or pie filling mix (not instant)
2 c. milk
Preparation

Empty pudding mix into 1-quart glass measure.
Add 1/2 cup milk and stir until all mix is moistened and blended.
Add 1 1/2 cups more milk and blend well.
Microwave at High 6 to 8 minutes, stirring thoroughly every 3 minutes.
Pour into 4 or 5 serving dishes or prepared pie crust. Cover top of pudding with wax paper or plastic wrap to prevent \"skin\" from forming on top.
Chill and serve.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
