Salisbury Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) golden mushroom soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    dash of pepper
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Combine 1/4 cup soup with remaining ingredients (except water).
    Mix and shape into 6 patties and place in shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Drain off fat.
    Combine remaining soup with water and pour over patties.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes more until hot.
    Great served with noodles.
    Serves 6.
