Freeze And Bake Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. plus 2 tsp. sugar, divided
    1 1/2 c. warm milk
    4 tsp. salt
    butter or margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    7 1/2 to 8 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    In large bowl, dissolve yeast in water.
    Add 2 teaspoons sugar; let stand for 5 minutes.
    Add milk, oil, salt and remaining sugar.
    Add enough flour to form stiff dough.
    Turn out onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6 to 8 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours. Punch down.
    Divide into 4 pieces.
    Cover three pieces with plastic wrap.
    Divide one piece into 12 balls.
