Broccoli-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 stick margarine
    2 stalks fresh broccoli
    1 (8 oz.) box Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice; saute onions and celery in margarine until onions are clear.
    Cook broccoli; then drain.
    Combine all ingredients; put in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
