Gouda Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 slice bread, torn into bits
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    dash of A.1. sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Gouda cheese round
    1 1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix together the first 7 ingredients.
    Form around Gouda cheese.
    Mix together catsup and vinegar and pour over meat loaf. Bake for 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Let rest a few minutes before serving.
