Easy Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. flour
Preparation

Let water, butter and salt come to a boil, then add 1 cup flour and stir well into a ball.
Let cool, then add 4 eggs one at a time.
Beat 5 minutes for each egg.
Drop by tablespoonful on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Reduce to 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes longer.
When cool, split open and fill with cream filling.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
