Vegetable Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules or 1 cube
    1 c. long grain rice or Minute rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. diced, unpeeled zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper or use dry flakes in rice
    3 or 4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. dried sweet basil or 2 tsp. fresh, crushed
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, bring water and bouillon to a boil.
    Add rice. Bring back to boiling and simmer until done.
    (If using Minute rice, follow directions on package.)
