Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Cook broccoli and drain.
Mix with beaten eggs, soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheese and onion.
Place in a buttered casserole dish.
Crush Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
