Cauliflower Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1 c. shredded cheese
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Combine soup, milk and eggs.
    Stir in 1/2 of the cheese, the bread crumbs, parsley, pimiento, onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
    Chop cauliflower.
    Stir into soup mixture.
