Putsch'S Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. pkg. fresh spinach
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
3/4 c. diced Old English cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
6 lettuce leaves
1 hard-cooked egg, shredded
2 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation

Stem, wash and dry spinach.
Refrigerate.
Tear spinach into small pieces, then chop finely.
Sprinkle with salt.
Blend vinegar and Tabasco and mix with spinach.
Add celery, onion, chopped eggs and cheese.
Blend in mayonnaise and stir until well coated.
Serve on lettuce leaf.
Garnish with one tablespoon shredded egg.
Place 2 tablespoons horseradish on the side.
