Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 c. raw rice
    1 can beef consomme
    1 small can mushrooms
    1/2 mushroom can water
    pinch of curry
Preparation
    Saute
    1/2
    cup
    chopped
    onion in 1/2 stick oleo until soft. Add
    1
    cup raw rice;
    stir and add 1 can beef consomme and mushrooms.\tAdd 1/2 can water.
    Pinch of curry is optional.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
