Corn, Okra And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. okra, sliced
    1 1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. canned tomatoes, chopped
    2 or 3 ears corn (slice kernels off cob)
    1 drop Tabasco sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt margarine and saute onion and green pepper until tender.
    Add okra, water and tomatoes.
    Cook on medium heat, covered, for 15 minutes.
    Add more water as needed as cooking progresses.
    Stir in corn and Tabasco.
    Continue to cook on simmer for 10 minutes.
    Salt and pepper to taste, then cook, uncovered, for another 15 minutes.
    Serves 6.
