Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat
eggs
on high speed for 5 minutes.
Gradually add sugar. Stir
in
pumpkin\tand
lemon
juice.
Set aside.\tMix together flour,
baking
powder,
pumpkin pie spice and salt. Fold into egg
mixture.
Grease
a
jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 1-inch) and line with wax paper.
Spread dough onto pan.
Chop 1/2 cup\tnuts and
sprinkle on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
