Turkey Or Ham Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced or chunked cooked turkey or ham
8 oz. thin spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 can chicken broth
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
pepper and salt to your taste
dash of hot pepper sauce
1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives (optional)
Preparation

Saute the onions in the butter or margarine, adding the mushrooms as well.
Add seasonings, blend in the broth, stirring until smooth. Gradually add the milk, stirring until smooth and somewhat thickened.
Meanwhile, cook and drain the spaghetti.
In a buttered, shallow casserole, mix the cooked turkey pieces with the spaghetti.
Pour the sauce over, blending together.
Top with the cheeses, and bake at 350\u00b0 for half an hour, just until the top is lightly browned.
Serves 6 to 8.
