Moon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    5 oz. cream cheese
    prepared whipped topping
    chocolate syrup
Preparation
    Boil water and margarine together.
    Add flour and blend well; cool.
    Add eggs, one at a time and beat well.
    Spread in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch glass dish, jelly roll pan or pizza pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Prepare the pudding as directed on the box.
    Add cream cheese and beat well.
    Spread over the cream puff base.
    Cover with prepared whipped topping; drizzle with chocolate syrup.
