Chocolate Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 sticks margarine
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
    2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding, made according to directions on box
    1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip for topping
Preparation
    Mix flour, margarine and nuts; press into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
