Cottage Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. tomato juice
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1/2 c. tomato ketchup
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. ketchup
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    In large bowl combine ketchup, tomato juice, salt, black and red pepper, eggs, bread crumbs, onions and 2 teaspoons mustard. Mix well.
    Add beef, then mix gently.
    Line a 9 x 5-inch pan with foil.
    Press in beef mixture.
