Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    approximately 4 apples
    1 (12 oz.) carton whipped topping
Preparation
    Melt margarine in oblong dish.
    Mix together the sugar and flour.
    Stir into margarine until slightly thickened.
    Spread crushed pineapple on top of mixture.
    Peel and dice apples; spread on top of pineapple.
    Top with whipped topping and cover.
    Chill until ready to serve.
