Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast (cooked and cut up)
    8 oz. lasagna noodles (cooked)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 can mushrooms (drained)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 pkg. cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook onions and peppers in butter until tender.
    Stir in soup mushrooms and milk.
    Layer half the noodles in 9x13 pan, sprayed with Pam, then layer mixture. Layer cottage cheese, chicken and cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cheese has melted and browned.
