7 Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, boiled (or how many you want)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    16 oz. Miracle Whip
    1/2 or more head lettuce
    1 large (16 oz.) bag frozen green peas
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried crispy and crumbled
    1 onion or less, chopped finely
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    red peppers or paprika for garnish or green peppers or pimentos (be creative)
Preparation
    Boil eggs first.
    Mix sugar with Miracle Whip in second bowl for dressing.
    Put lettuce in salad bowl as first layer.
    Add green peas as second layer and diced celery as third layer.
    Press firmly with hands.
    Next, put on bacon, onion, Cheddar cheese and Swiss cheese.
    Spread the Miracle Whip mix on top.
    Cut up or slice boiled eggs and put on top of salad.
    Garnish with red peppers or paprika or green peppers or pimentos.
    Refrigerate several hours before serving.
    (The recipe recommends 24 hours; sometimes there isn't enough time.)
