Marinated Chuck Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

meat tenderizer
1/2 c. strong black coffee
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 large onion, chopped
Preparation

Sprinkle meat tenderizer on meat.
Mix all other ingredients together.
Place roast in Ziploc bag.
Pour mixture in; let stand overnight in refrigerator.
Cook over medium heat on grill until done.
