Dandelion Root Coffee - cooking recipe

1 lb. scrubbed dandelion roots
Preparation

Place roots on cookie sheet in single layer.
Dry at 225\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours until roots are brittle and brown inside.
Grind in coffee grinder and brew as coffee, using 1/4 less dandelion coffee as you would brew regular coffee.
