Smoked Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
    1 chopped head cabbage
    1 chopped large onion
    1 chopped large bell pepper
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried and drained
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 small can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a
    large pan, saute the onion, bell pepper and sausage until tender. Drain. Add cabbage, Ro-Tel tomatoes and tomato sauce. Crumble bacon over all. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook over medium heat until cabbage is tender, about 45 minutes.
