Shrimp Remoulade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 hard-cooked eggs, grated
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dark mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 c. minced parsley
Preparation
    Marinate 2 pounds boiled shrimp or vegetables and serve over a nest of lettuce.
