Roasted Trout In Bacon - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
 
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced garlic
3 (1 1/2 lb.) dressed trout or other firm fish
9 strips bacon
Preparation
- 
                            Combine all ingredients except fish and bacon; mix well. Brush mixture inside and out of fish.
 
Place fish in a buttered baking dish.
Score skin with sharp knife in 2 or 3 places.
Wrap with bacon strips.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Baste with pan juices often.
