Sweet And Sour Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans mixed vegetables
    1 (15 oz.) can red beans
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Cook sugar, vinegar, flour and mustard until thick.
    Cool. Drain vegetables and beans.
    Add the chopped vegetables.
    Pour the cooked dressing over all and mix.
    Store in the refrigerator overnight.
    Will keep for 1 week when refrigerated.
