Easy Little Cheesecakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 vanilla wafers
2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz. size)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs or egg substitute
Preparation

Line 12 muffin tins with foil liners.
Place 1 wafer in each cup.
Mix cheese, vanilla and sugar at medium speed until well blended.
Add eggs and mix well.
Pour over wafers, filling cups 3/4 full.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Top with fruit, melted chocolate, etc.
