Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. dark corn syrup
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    vanilla to taste
    2 c. pecan halves
    pastry for 10-inch pie
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar together.
    Add vanilla to butter, then add to egg-sugar mixture.
    Add syrup.
    Place pecans in crust, then pour syrup mixture over pecans.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
