Spicy Beef And Black Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef chuck steak or roast (1 inch cubed)
    2 cans black beans, drained
    1 can beef broth
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. medium Picante sauce
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 carrot, grated
    1/2 tsp. dried cilantro
    1 tsp. onion flakes
Preparation
    Brown beef in oil.
    Add beans, broth, water and salsa.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour or longer until beef is tender.
    Add peppers, carrots and cook five more minutes.
    Garnish with cilantro.
