Booky Baked Crab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    few grains salt
    few grains pepper
    pinch of dry mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 lb. large lump crab meat
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour to make a paste. Remove from heat and stir in milk.
    Cook and stir until very thick and smooth.
    Blend a little sauce into egg yolks and return to sauce; mix well.
    Mix in salt, pepper, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce and crab meat.
    Form into 6 patties and place in shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
