Yankee Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. small red potatoes
    1/2 lb. chopped bacon
    2 medium chopped onions
    2 c. warm water
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
Preparation
    Brown bacon lightly.
    Add onions; saute slightly.
    In another pan, put the warm water, sugar and vinegar.
    Heat and make paste out of the flour; add to mixture and stir until thick.
    Add bacon and onion; stir well.
    Pour over sliced potatoes; refrigerate overnight.
    Bake the next day in a 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
