Meat Pie Triangle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. dry red wine
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 large egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, minced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 (8 oz.) tubes crescent rolls
Preparation
    Heat oil in pan.
    Lightly brown meat, breaking up with fork as it cooks.
    Transfer meat to bowl with slotted spoon.
    Save 2 tablespoons fat to cook onion and garlic until soft.
    Add rest of ingredients except egg, cheese, rolls and parsley.
    Cook 3 minutes. Stir to blend.
    Stir mixture into meat in bowl.
    Let cool 10 minutes.
    Beat in egg, cheese and parsley.
