Broccoli-Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bunch broccoli, chopped
    1 to 2 large tomatoes, diced
    1 medium purple onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in small amount of water, just until tender. Drain.
    Cool.
    Mix cooled broccoli with diced tomato and onion rings.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add mayonnaise and toss until vegetables are coated.
    Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
