Cactus Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cactus (about 1 lb.), discard leaves and peppers, rinse
    3 medium size tomatoes, diced
    1 medium purple onion, sliced
    1 lb. shredded sharp cheese
    1 bottle Italian dressing
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and marinate at least 1 hour. Can be made a day ahead.
