Baked Scallop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sea scallops
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Chop scallops.
    Combine wine, salt, onion and scallops in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
    Drain and reserve 1 cup broth.
    Melt butter and blend with flour.
    Add reserved broth and cream.
    Cook until thick.
    Stir in cheese and scallops.
    Top with bread crumbs and butter.
    Bake in casserole dish for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
