Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. all-purpose flour
1 3/4 c. vegetable shortening
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 egg
Preparation

With a fork, mix together first 4 ingredients.
In a separate dish, beat remaining ingredients.
Combine the 2 mixtures, stirring with a fork until all ingredients are moistened.
Mold dough with hands in a ball.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before using.
You can separate into balls of dough and freeze separately or roll into your favorite crust and fill or bake.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
