Shelter Harbor Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks unsalted sweet butter
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    nutmeg to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour tube or Bundt pan. Cream butter and 2 cups sugar.
    Add eggs and blend well.
    Add sour cream and vanilla.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl.
    Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
    Beat until just blended (do not overbeat).
    In another bowl, add 3/4 cup sugar, pecans, nutmeg and cinnamon.
