Amazin' Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. unsifted flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

Preparation

Beat first 10 ingredients at low speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl frequently.
Stir in apples, raisins and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Frost with favorite frosting.
