Best Ever Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 well beaten egg
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. oil
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into bowl.
Make a well in center. Combine egg, milk and oil.
Add all at once to dry ingredients. Stir quickly just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Put any kind of fruit or jelly you like in them, 1 cup fruit (blueberries) or 1 teaspoon of jelly per muffin.
Fill greased muffin pan 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
